Wordfence advisory
medium · CVSS 4.3The Directory Kit plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in versions up to, and including, 1.5.4. This is due to missing allowlist validation on the user-controlled `page` parameter passed to the AJAX controller, allowing any authenticated user to route requests to privileged settings controllers. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to access plugin settings pages via the AJAX controller and disclose sensitive API keys stored in plugin configuration.
Severity vector: CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:N/A:N
