For a paid one-off fix, the clock starts once we have confirmed the job and received all the access and details needed to begin. We then have 24 hours to complete the agreed repair. If we miss this deadline, we refund the full fix price and continue the repair at no extra charge. Maintenance-plan fixes are excluded.
